Buying checks

• Touch compatibility: Multi-touch requires a supported operating system. Check the intended host operating system and touch connection before ordering.
• Screen rotation and stand tilt: Use normal landscape screen rotation only, with the power indicator on the illustrated bottom edge. Portrait and inverted landscape are prohibited. The supplied stand separately tilts 90° upwards to 5° downwards, including its illustrated face-up endpoint; this is not permission for unsupported face-up enclosures or automatic content rotation. Hold the stand, avoid touching the LCD and keep fingers clear when adjusting it.
• Mounting and ventilation: The wall, ceiling or desktop arm must support the display and mount. Use four M4 × 12 mm total-length screws with the stated approximately 2.5 mm bracket thickness; this is not 12 mm chassis insertion. Tighten and secure all screws; longer screws risk electrical contact, damage or electric shock. Keep at least 10 cm wall clearance and vents clear. Removing the stand can block rear vents; do not lay the cabinet on its back, side, upside down or soft material. The stand tilt diagram does not waive cooling or support requirements.
• Touch operating systems: The exact manual marks Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 digitizer and application-supported gestures, but not mouse mode. Vista supports digitizer only; XP supports mouse mode only. Linux mouse support depends on the OS version, without digitizer or gesture support. Mac OS/OS X and Android mark all three functions unsupported; unlisted OS versions are unsupported. The 10-point hardware capacity and display Plug & Play note do not establish touch support on an unlisted host.
• Dual-screen touch: Set up the primary monitor first using Tablet PC Settings, then connect and configure the second monitor. Only one monitor can receive touch operation at a time; the manual does not support simultaneous touch on both displays.
• Touch, video and power connections: Connect the separate USB upstream cable as well as HDMI or DisplayPort video to the host. The USB 3.2 Gen 1 hub is 5 Gbps, DC 5 V/900 mA, with one Type-B upstream and two Type-A downstream ports, not USB-C video or laptop charging. Switch the host and monitor off before connecting; connect power to the monitor before the power source. Incorrect connections can damage both devices. Use protective earth and a nearby accessible socket; the manual specifies a 120/240 V, 20 A maximum circuit breaker. Excessive headphone volume can damage hearing, and operation of other devices on the headphone connector is not guaranteed.
• Included equipment: The package lists power, HDMI and USB cables, stand neck with a screw, stand base, two base thumb screws, screwdriver, Safety Guide and Quick Start Guide. The illustrated DisplayPort cable is not included; the illustrated computer and peripherals are not included equipment. Use the supplied approved power cable, at least H05VVF, 3G, 0.75 mm²; the manual excludes problems or damage caused by a non-supplied cable from its guarantees and warranties.
• Confirm refresh rate and brightness: The AG manual specification states Full HD at 60 Hz, while its product page states 120 Hz. The same manual lists 344 cd/m² through touch in its AG features and 360 cd/m² through touch in the specification; 420 cd/m² is bare-panel brightness and 250 cd/m² is the default energy-saving setting. Confirm these two specifications before relying on them. The manual lists 14 ms typical response; 5 ms grey-to-grey applies only with OverDrive set to 5. Non-AG model figures do not resolve the AG differences.
• Care and usage limits: This product is not specifically designed for 24/7 use in all environments. Avoid direct sun, sudden temperature changes and humid, dusty or smoky locations. Switch off and unplug before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, clean cloth; for a dirty cabinet use very dilute mild detergent on a tightly wrung cloth and immediately dry. Do not spray or wipe alcohol/disinfectants on the display, use strong solvents, glass cleaner, abrasives or cleaning sheets, or scratch/rub the touch surface. Dry droplets immediately and avoid prolonged rubber/plastic contact. The manual recommends disinfecting hands away from the display and warns against frequent alcohol disinfection. If liquid enters, unplug immediately and contact the dealer or service centre.
• Environment, power and net weight: Operate at 5–35°C and 10–90% humidity, non-condensing. The −20–60°C and 10–90% humidity figures are storage limits, not operating limits. The 5.6 kg figure is net weight, not packaged delivery weight. Typical 18 W power excludes connected USB devices; standby is 1.5 W maximum and off mode 0.3 W maximum.
