Choosing a meeting room display

What size screen do I need for a meeting room?

Start with the furthest seat and the detail people need to read, particularly spreadsheets or small text. Check the proposed screen position against the seating layout and available mounting space. Room size alone is not enough to choose a diagonal.

Do I need an interactive display or a presentation screen?

Choose touch when people will annotate or whiteboard at the screen. If the room mainly shows content controlled from a laptop, a non-touch commercial display may meet the need. Check the intended software and connections before paying for features the room will not use.

Does a meeting room display include video conferencing?

Not automatically. Check what the exact model includes and what your conferencing platform needs: a camera, microphone, speakers or a separate room device may be required. Compatibility with a platform does not mean that its hardware or licences are included.
