• Hotel casting deployment: Casting features are available through Samsung LYNK Cloud or TEP. When using TEP, both the hotel property and system integrator must be separately certified by Apple to enable AirPlay. A supported TV alone does not establish a ready-to-use hotel casting deployment or an included service subscription.
• Google Cast devices: Google Cast supports Android 6 or later and iOS 14 or later. Availability varies by device, software version and region.
• AirPlay devices: AirPlay in hotels requires iPhone Xs or later with iOS 17.3 or later, or a supported iPad with iPadOS 17.3 or later. Supported iPads are iPad 6th generation onward, iPad mini 5th generation onward, iPad Air 3rd generation onward, 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2nd generation onward, 10.5-inch iPad Pro, or 11-inch iPad Pro 1st generation onward. Support can vary by model, app and region.
• Wall installation: The wall-mount kit is sold separately. Use the size-specific VESA and screw-depth table, a suitable solid vertical wall and qualified installation; do not exceed 15 degrees of tilt. At least two people are needed, or four for the 85-inch model.
• Indoor installation and ventilation: The operating range is 10–40°C with 10–80% relative humidity, non-condensing. Keep ventilation openings unobstructed and avoid water or direct sunlight. Consult Samsung before dusty, humid, chemically exposed or round-the-clock installations; a storage-temperature range is not an operating rating.
• Supplied items: Remote controls, batteries, data cables, CI adaptors and other starred package items vary by model or region. Check the UK offer contents; network and other cables shown as not supplied must be sourced separately.
• Browser limitations: The built-in Internet browser is not a full PC browser: downloads, Flash, ActiveX and online purchasing are unsupported, some sites and codecs may not work, and loading depends on the network and service provider.
• USB and input signals: USB power ratings differ by port: check the connection-panel instructions before attaching devices. The UHD colour formats depend on Input Signal Plus, and starred higher-rate modes in the shared guide vary by model; the table is not proof of universal 4K/60 or 120 Hz support.
• Pay-TV services: Paid channels require a suitable CI/CI+ card or module from the service provider. Compatibility, slot availability and service support vary by model and country; the TV alone does not include a pay-TV subscription.
• Daily use, warranty and static content: Samsung recommends under eight hours of use per day and warns that longer than eight hours may void the warranty. Do not specify this hospitality TV as a continuous-signage display. Avoid prolonged still images, logos and news bars: the manual warns of uneven screen wear. Use full-screen moving content and the image-retention controls rather than treating this as a static-signage panel.
• Hotel integration, network and configuration: Standalone operation does not need an external set-back or set-top box. Interactive operation requires a compatible hospitality-integrator box and matching data cable. Hotel menu items vary by model and region; the shared guide does not establish every family feature for this exact TV. Use a securely managed router and complete network setup. The manual specifies shielded CAT 7 cabling for 10/100 Mbps Ethernet and warns that an Internet connection below 10 Mbps will not work. Wireless capabilities and services vary by model, region and software; confirm the site network with the integrator. Clone only between the same model on the same current software version. Not every setting is cloned, and auto-initialisation restores only cloned guest-menu values. Software updates can reset picture and audio settings; back up the configuration and do not disconnect power or USB during an update.
• Casting licences and content rights: The manual’s LYNK Cloud deployment path requires a valid LYNK Cloud licence and enrolment. Do not treat a casting feature listing as an included licence or a configured hotel service; confirm the chosen LYNK Cloud or TEP deployment with the integrator and apply the separate device and certification conditions. The manual’s HEVC licence is limited to personal, non-sale content created by the product owner; third-party purchased or ordered HEVC content needs separately granted rights. Do not assume the hardware grants commercial playback or distribution rights; check the content supplier’s permissions.
