• Touch compatibility: Multi-touch requires a supported operating system. Check the intended host operating system and touch connection before ordering.
• Permitted mounting positions: Landscape, either illustrated portrait rotation and face-up are permitted. Inverted landscape is prohibited. Physical mounting does not establish application or external-player content rotation.
• Included kit and setup: The package lists an AC adaptor, EU/UK interchangeable plugs, cable cover, five wall-mount M4 screws, Safety Guide and Quick Start Guide. SD card, USB OTG cable and LAN cable are not included. The illustrated keyboard, mouse and network hub are connection examples, not confirmed supplied accessories. Connect the adaptor to the unit before the power source; allow about 5–10 minutes for initial Android setup. Follow the manual’s protective-earth instruction, use a nearby accessible socket and the specified 120/240 V, 20 A maximum building circuit breaker. Excessive headphone volume can damage hearing.
• Wall cover and display-arm mounting: Use a wall or desktop arm strong enough for the panel PC and mount. The cable-cover wall procedure uses four anchors and four M4 × 30 mm screws; the diagram inventory lists five of each. The TW1025 cover-retaining screw is M4 × 8 mm, not the different TW1625 fixing. The separate VESA pattern is 75 × 75 mm with four M4 holes; these selected instructions do not establish safe display-arm screw length or engagement depth. Confirm the intended fixing rather than reusing cable-cover screws. An external cabinet needs cooling fans and vents to remain within the operating temperature limits.
• Integrated Android and connection scope: This is an integrated Android 16 touch panel PC. USB 3.2 Gen 1 is rated 5 Gbps, 5 V/900 mA; USB 2.0 and Mini USB OTG are rated 5 V/500 mA. The exact connector inventory lists SD, headset/microphone, these USB ports, RJ45 and DC. It does not establish HDMI or USB-C video input, laptop charging, optional OPS computing or external Windows/macOS/Linux touch support. Do not apply the TW1625 USB-C mirror/touch-board footnote to this model. The advertised touch-point count remains conditional on a supported HID operating system.
• Continuous operation and static images: The manual permits 24-hour use with limited lifetime. Its typical 30,000-hour LED-backlight lifetime assumes 50% maximum brightness and is not a guaranteed product lifetime. Avoid prolonged static images; change backgrounds, use moving or black-and-white screensavers, lower brightness and switch off when unused. High-temperature or enclosed installations need active ventilation or cooling fans. Ghosting may require hours or days switched off, or an extended black-and-white screensaver, to clear.
• Touch tools and cleaning: Use a finger or conductive stylus with tip radius at least 0.8 mm. Sharp, pointed or metal tools can permanently damage touch and invalidate remaining warranty. Do not scratch or rub with hard objects. Use a soft clean cloth with mild glass cleaner or a 50/50 water/IPA mixture on the touch surface; avoid acid, alkaline, abrasive and strong-solvent cleaners. Clean the cabinet with mild detergent and a soft dry cloth; prolonged rubber/plastic contact can damage its finish. If liquid enters, unplug and contact the dealer or manufacturer service centre. Retain the original packaging for service or seek replacement-packaging advice.
• Brightness, power and environment: Typical brightness is 390 cd/m² through touch, not the separate 450 cd/m² panel rating. Net weight is 1.1 kg excluding the AC adaptor, not shipping weight. Typical 3.6 W power excludes connected USB peripherals. The exact TW1025 adaptor is 12 V/1.5 A, 18 W; PoE is IEEE 802.3at/30 W. Operate at 0–40°C and 20–80% humidity, non-condensing; −10–60°C and 10–90% are storage limits, not operating limits.
• Touch-point support: The advertised touch-point count requires a supported HID operating system.
