• Touch compatibility: Multi-touch requires a supported operating system. Check the intended host operating system and touch connection before ordering.
• Permitted physical positions: Use landscape with the webcam above, either portrait rotation or face-up as shown. Inverted landscape with the webcam below is excluded. These are physical positions, not a promise that every application rotates its content.
• Cable cover and display-arm mounting: Use a wall or desktop arm strong enough for the panel PC and mount. The cable-cover wall procedure uses four anchors and four M4 × 30 mm screws, although its inventory lists five each. TW1625 uses two M3 × 4 mm cover-retaining screws, not the TW1025 single M4 × 8 mm. Its separate VESA diagram shows 75 × 75 mm with four M4 holes; these pages do not establish display-arm screw length or insertion depth. Do not reuse cover screws as an arm-fixing recipe. External cabinets need cooling fans and vents to remain within the operating limits.
• Integrated Android and external touch mode: This is an integrated Android 14 panel PC. The exact manual limits USB-C video output to mirror mode and touch mode to Windows 10/11. It does not establish USB-C video input, extended-desktop output, laptop charging, installed Windows, or macOS/Linux touch support. USB-C is rated DC5V/900mA; USB 3.2 Gen 1 is 5Gbps/5V900mA and USB 2.0 is 5V500mA. The connector inventory includes SD, headset/microphone, RJ45 and DC; it does not establish HDMI. The existing ten-point capacity remains conditional on a supported HID operating system.
• Included kit and initial setup: The package lists an AC adaptor, EU/UK interchangeable plugs, cable cover, five wall-mount M4 screws and Safety/Quick Start Guides. The TW1625 adaptor is 12V/2A,24W,not the TW1025 18W adaptor. SD card, USB-C cable and LAN cable are not included; keyboard, mouse and hub in the diagram are examples,not confirmed supplied items. Connect the adaptor to the unit before supply and allow about5–10minutes for Android setup. Follow the protective-earth instruction, nearby accessible socket and stated120/240V20A maximum building circuit breaker; excessive headphone volume can damage hearing.
• Continuous operation and static images: The manual permits24-hour operation with limited lifetime. Typical30000-hour LED-backlight life assumes50% maximum brightness and is not guaranteed product life. Avoid prolonged static content, change backgrounds, use moving or black-and-white screensavers, lower brightness and switch off when unused. High-ambient or enclosed use needs active ventilation/cooling. Ghosting recovery may require hours or days off or extended black-and-white screensaver operation.
• Touch tools and cleaning: Use a finger or conductive stylus with tip radius at least0.8mm. Sharp, pointed or metal tools can permanently damage touch and invalidate remaining warranty. Do not scratch/rub with hard objects. Use a soft clean cloth with mild glass cleaner or50/50water/IPA on the touch surface; avoid acid,alkaline,abrasive and strong solvents. Cabinet cleaning uses mild detergent then a soft dry cloth; prolonged rubber/plastic contact can damage its finish. Unplug after liquid entry and contact dealer/manufacturer service; retain original packaging or seek replacement-packaging advice.
• Measurement and operating scope: The manual distinguishes390cd/m² through touch from450cd/m² bare-panel brightness; the existing450value must not be described as finished-touch brightness. Net2.0kg excludes the AC adaptor, not shipping weight;397×256×28.5mm are the chassis dimensions. Typical11W excludes USB peripherals. Operate at0–40°C/20–80%RH non-condensing;−10–60°C/10–90% are storage limits. The exact adaptor is12V/2A,24W; PoE requirements remain unresolved separately.
• Confirm PoE power requirement: TW1625LASC-B3PNR revision-I exact specification page30 gives IEEE802.3af/15.4W in its Wi-Fi/LAN row but IEEE802.3at/30W in External IO; exact product pages label at/30W. Applicable PoE requirement needs manufacturer confirmation or corrected instructions. Do not choose by source majority, advertise a settled PoE budget, or transfer TW1025 power requirements.
