Product specification

The B-Tech XRWALLT is a wall mount for screens from 32 to 65 inches, supporting loads up to 70 kg. The published mounting specification gives you a defined starting point for checking screen compatibility. Use the 70 kg load rating as the upper limit when matching the mount to the complete installed screen.

Buying checks

  • Screen and fixing limits: Recommended screen range: 32–65 inches; maximum screen load 70 kg. Match the actual fixing pattern, not just the screen diagonal or maximum VESA envelope. The mount cannot establish the screen's own orientation permission.
  • Tilt and rear clearance: The specification gives 51 mm nominal flat wall distance; the drawing gives 51.3 mm. Tilt is +10°/−2°. Larger screens may require appropriate spacers to obtain the full tilt range. Check rear connectors and the screen manufacturer’s ventilation clearance; a low-profile mount does not guarantee either.
  • Carton scope: The datasheet’s 16.7 kg is a master carton containing four mounts, not the individual mount’s net or delivery weight.
  • Qualified installation: Use a professional AV installer or another suitably qualified person. Read every instruction and warning, never use missing or defective parts and never exceed the stated load. Incorrect installation or use can cause serious injury and invalidate the manufacturer’s stated guarantees.
  • Support and location: Indoor use only. The installer must verify the supporting structure and fixings, avoid hidden electrical cables and water or gas pipes when drilling, and secure all parts against falling. Keep public installations out of immediate reach. For floor-standing equipment, verify floor strength and stability, allow for contact and wind, and keep routes and emergency exits clear.
  • Screen screws and spacers: Use the correct screen screws and washers for the actual display; spacers are required for recessed fixings. Follow the screen manufacturer’s mounting and ventilation instructions, rather than assuming one universal screw insertion depth. A supplied fixing kit does not establish suitability for every supporting structure.
  • Cables and inspection: Keep cables tidy and secure without obstructing moving parts. Avoid crushing or trapping fingers while assembling or adjusting. Check every fixing immediately after installation and inspect the equipment and fixing points at intervals no longer than six months.
  • Securing the screen: Follow the guide’s concrete/brick or stud-wall method; the central keyhole is not the only fixing. Fit the arms in the same holes and correct direction, allow for two-person hook-on handling, then fit both security screws beneath the arms. The optional padlock is not included. The tilt note’s K/L/M spacer labels do not match its parts list: use the actual H/I/J spacer parts identified by the parts list and recessed-fixing diagram, with the screen instructions.
  • Technical drawing scope: The technical drawing is in millimetres and carries a revision/date and an accuracy, currency and suitability disclaimer. Use it alongside the installation guide and the screen instructions, not as a guarantee of site suitability. Disputed measurements or screen-range labels must be confirmed before relying on them.
