• Screen and fixing limits: Recommended screen range: 32–55 inches; maximum screen load 40 kg. Match the actual fixing pattern, not just the screen diagonal or maximum VESA envelope. The mount cannot establish the screen's own orientation permission.
• Shelf and equipment load: The AV shelf is included and rated separately to 5 kg, with a 450 × 350 mm surface. The smaller XRTROLLEYSH2 camera shelf is optional. Included braked castors and levelling feet are alternative mobile/fixed configurations, not equipment to use together. The 22.4 kg carton figure is packaged weight, not net stand weight.
• Confirm installation dimensions: B-Tech’s datasheet and guide disagree on height and width/depth labels. Do not rely on the disputed overall size for an access- or height-restricted installation; obtain confirmed dimensions for this exact stand. The drawing’s 65-inch title also differs from the 32–55-inch recommendation in the specification and guide.
• Qualified installation: Use a professional AV installer or another suitably qualified person. Read every instruction and warning, never use missing or defective parts and never exceed the stated load. Incorrect installation or use can cause serious injury and invalidate the manufacturer’s stated guarantees.
• Support and location: Indoor use only. The installer must verify the supporting structure and fixings, avoid hidden electrical cables and water or gas pipes when drilling, and secure all parts against falling. Keep public installations out of immediate reach. For floor-standing equipment, verify floor strength and stability, allow for contact and wind, and keep routes and emergency exits clear.
• Screen screws and spacers: Choose the correct screen screws and washers for the actual display and use spacers for recessed fixings. Use the illustrated arm arrangement and matching holes; the supplied fixing kit does not establish a universal screen screw insertion depth or suitability for every supporting structure.
• Cables and inspection: Keep cables tidy and secure without obstructing moving parts. Avoid crushing or trapping fingers while assembling or adjusting. Check every fixing immediately after installation and inspect the equipment and fixing points at intervals no longer than six months.
• Safe trolley operation: Only adults should move the trolley; do not allow children under 16 to move it. Push slowly on the narrow side near the middle, never pull or push at the top. Always park on level ground, never on an incline. Apply brakes while stationary and during assembly or screen mounting; release them before moving. Tipping can cause serious injury.
• Assembly and security: Fit either castors or levelling feet, secure both column sections and the mounting plate, and hook on the screen only with the castors braked. Install the security screws beneath the interface arms, secure the shelf within its 5 kg rating, and fit the covers and cable management as shown. The optional padlock is not supplied; it does not replace the security fixings.
• Technical drawing scope: The technical drawing is in millimetres and carries a revision/date and an accuracy, currency and suitability disclaimer. Use it alongside the installation guide and the screen instructions, not as a guarantee of site suitability. Disputed measurements or screen-range labels must be confirmed before relying on them.
