ITELICO AV RECRUITMENT PRIVACY NOTICE

Effective for current iTelico AV vacancies

1. WHAT THIS NOTICE COVERS

This notice explains how DGC Wholesale and Ventures Ltd, trading as iTelico AV, uses the limited information submitted through an application for a current vacancy. It sits alongside the iTelico AV Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Until a fuller recruitment process and privacy wording are approved, the application form collects only your name, email address, current employer if you choose to provide it, the role selected and a brief message. Do not send a CV, attachments, special-category information or other detailed personal information through this form.

3. WHY WE USE IT

We use this information to consider your interest in the selected role, contact you about that application and keep a limited record of the recruitment activity. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

4. WHO CAN ACCESS IT

Access is limited to authorised iTelico AV personnel who need the information for recruitment and to service providers supporting the protected enquiry workflow. We do not sell applicant information.

5. RETENTION

If your application is unsuccessful, we retain the information for up to 6 months after the relevant vacancy closes, then securely delete or anonymise it unless a longer period is required to deal with a legal claim. We do not automatically keep unsuccessful applications for future vacancies.

If you are successful, relevant recruitment information may become part of your normal employment or HR record and will then be handled under the applicable employee privacy and retention arrangements. Keeping information for a future role would require a separate explicit opt-in and its own retention period.
