WHO WE ARE
Itelico AV is a trading name of DGC Wholesale and Ventures Ltd, company number 11067198, registered office 50 Princes Street, Ipswich, Suffolk, England, IP1 1RJ.
WHY YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS NOTICE
A business customer has provided your contact or delivery details to us so that we can arrange or administer delivery of audiovisual, IT or related Goods to you, your workplace, site or project address.
Our contractual customer is normally the business which sold, supplied, installed or arranged the Goods for you. Itelico AV is not normally your seller and does not use delivery-recipient details supplied solely for fulfilment for its own marketing.
WHAT WE USE
We may use your name, business or site name, delivery address, telephone number, email address, delivery instructions, tracking information, proof of delivery and any information needed to handle a delivery issue, warranty process, product-safety matter or recall.
WHY WE USE IT
We use this information to:
- arrange and administer delivery;
- provide delivery information and resolve failed or disputed deliveries;
- handle damage, shortage, warranty or repair processes where necessary;
- maintain transaction, security and legal records; and
- issue product-safety, corrective-action or recall communications where necessary.
Our lawful bases are normally legitimate interests in fulfilling our business customer's Order and administering delivery, contract where you are personally the contracting customer, and legal obligation or vital interests where product safety or another legal requirement applies.
WHO RECEIVES IT
We may share necessary information with the business which placed the Order, suppliers, distributors, Manufacturers, carriers, warehouses, fulfilment partners, repair or warranty providers, IT providers, professional advisers and public authorities where required or lawful.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Delivery and Order records are normally retained for up to six years, or longer where required for a live warranty, product-safety, recall, dispute or legal matter. Routine operational information may be deleted sooner when no longer needed.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, to object to certain processing and to complain about our use of your personal data. These rights are subject to applicable legal limits.
